Here is a very simple recipe for blackberry cobbler than can be ready in less than an hour:
Ingredients:
1 Can Blackberries, with juice
1 Box Jiffy (or any 1-layer white) cake mix
1 Stick Butter or Margarine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour blackberries into deep dish pie pan.
Sprinkle cake mix evenly over the blackberries.
Slice the butter or margarine evenly over the top of the cake mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or until the top has browned.
Serve warm. Great with vanilla ice cream.
